Breaking News. The Hebron Board of Finance has approved a proposed budget for FY 2008-09 for referendum vote on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. This proposed budget includes a 5.6% spending increase, and a 3.53% tax increase (which is a .93 mill increase). This means an average tax increase of $191.88.
