The Hebron Board of Selectmen and the Hebron Board of Finance have written a letter to the Hebron Board of Education and a letter to the RHAM Board of Education requesting a 0% budget increase for FY 2010-11.  As you can see in these letters, the officials note: "Even with a flat budget, declining revenues will mean a tax increase...Our goal is to keep everyone employed and we ask that you join us in trying to achieve a 0% budget increase."

Sounds pretty reasonable, doesn't it?
