INTERESTING TO NOTE.... that none of the school websites (HES, GHS or RHAM) can be searched for ENROLLMENT FIGURES (regular and special students)!! Only a google search for Hebron enrollment produced the figures used in another post.

It would be "FAIR" to state that the school websites do include "some" necessary information (schedules, closings, directions ..) but there is also a lot of JUNK posted too. Remember, we are paying a full time curriculum administrator to maintain these sites. I believe listing the enrollment at each of the schools would be "helpful" and minimum effort would be used for the posting and updating.

It would also be "FAIR" to state that specific enrollment figures would be considered "TOO MUCH information" by the schools administrator. I believe they should be posted on the schools websites for the average tax-payer to view. Once we had those figures -- we could calculate the "real" cost per student and ....
the teacher/student ratio per school; the adult/student ratio per school; the ratio of special students per classroom; etc, etc.
No one on this board deliberately uses "old, outdated information". Everyone uses information located through search engines, reading the local "rags" and checking out the school websites. To suggest that any member of this board makes up figures to support their point of view is RIDICULOUS AND INSULTING!! ... UNLESS this is something you (you know who you are ...) do!

Looks like the problem here is that old info was before 3rd grade got moved from GHS to HES. Look at them both combined, however, and we were under 1100 kids then, and nearly 1200 now.

huh....seeing as how normal people can't get that info....wonder how she did.....

It's called selective posting. It only posts what will drive it's agenda

This is a response to "Q's" comment. I did click on "quick reply" but the reply posts far below the original posting.
Our household "thinks" this is someone on staff or (perhaps) even a relative of a staff member ... or a parent who visits the school daily to check on family members. Obviously, it is someone with too much free time because sometimes 2-3 long responses are almost submitted simultaneously when this individual feels compelled to reply.

Response to Tat:
Yes, I agree that the school web pages do reflect selective posting to support their "AGENDA". Pretty impressive salary for a "web master"!!
