I couldn't understand what you were talking about, but now that BOE minutes have been posted it has shed some light on your comments. You must've been referring to the Hebron Administrator's Union contract approval.

The HBOE met on 9/15 and voted to spend $19 grand on smartboards for all grades:


Kathy Shea was not in attendence - I wonder if she would have voted yes.

The BOE also hired a part-time Special Education Consultant at 2 days per week and yet another secretary -



Seems like they had a lot of administrators before - so they replace one person with 1.4. Granted, the new secretary probably doesn't earn what the prior special education director did, so it may yet end up a wash.

The meetings are apparently now being videotaped - but no clue yet as to how they might be viewed by the general public to get more information as to what was discussed.



This coming Thursday, 9/22, there is a special joint meeting to discuss capital improvement policy and budget guidance for the 2012-2013 fiscal year. Both BOS and BOF will join the BOE. Will they try to force ADK on us again?
