I arrived late so to the best of my knowledge:
Town Manager provided to selectmen and residents a list in order of priority suggestions for cuts. It sounded like she received input from selectmen and maybe others. Lots of discussion and difference of opinion were exchanged among BOS members. The final cuts were as follows:
Health Insurance $9742.00
Hebron Fair (Police Services) $8000.00
Cell phones $1500.00
Fire Marshal (Vehicle Maintenance) $300.00
Assessor $4.00
