I'm just returning home and I've seen numerous milk jugs duct taped and packing taped to road signs, trees what have you. I bet they do not take them down and let nature run its course and have these empty milk jugs blowing around town.

With all due respect, this seems like an unnecessarily frivolous and petty thread. We have a serious problem to come to a compromise on and fueling tensions seems counter productive.

I don't know who is responsible for the milk jugs, but I think they look trashy and I hope this person takes responsibility for taking them back down.
