I LOVE the new look of this web-site and appreciate all the work it requires for maintenance, monitoring etc. I am also mindful, that there is no paid membership required to post or read information. A special thanks to our community's benefactor who pays for the domain name and hosting this site. The shared information on HD&S is invaluable. Thank you for providing this web site for all of us to use. I would not change a thing!!

This forum is quite active during "budget" time and information sometimes get buried within the postings. Some thoughts (mindful that I have no experience with forum formats):

(1) can replies be kept with a posted comment - identified by text color, or indentation; (2) if a posting appears to be valuable for everyone to read, or someone has solid legitimate information/links to share, how should that information be sent to administration who can make a decision to post it or not (in the document tab); (3) the document tab area needs further indexing (with sub-categories) or a search engine - amazingly contributions to that area of the board are growing - we will have multiple pages soon; (4) an area for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) directing folks to links or explanations.

Thank you again for a great board. This year because of all your work (the articles and the capability to download files) I feel more informed than in the past. Those who post here have been great too .. we may not agree all the time, but there has been respectful postings. I do know we all share one thing in common - our love for this community known as the "Town of Hebron".

Agree Hebron Dollars and Sense is doing an invaluable service for our community!! I second the suggestion of a frequently asked question (FAQ) page. Someone took the time to answer my questions regarding Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)requests. It was a practical guide that I could not find in a Google search. I will have to dig for it to reference it again.

Also agree the respectful posting makes for good dialogue and great Democracy!!

YES good info sometimes get buried within the thread. I had no idea you asked for FOIA info. I too had trouble finding information and contacted the town. The response was helpful - I cut and the response email here:
