The links to the proposed/actual budgets always get lost on this board. Decided to set up a separate topic so the link will always be found in the first position of this topic. I did submit a comment to the superintendent's blog and emailed a few contacts to suggest that the link to the budget should be placed in a prominent place. The taxpayers need a link to the "budget" that impacts our lives.

Click here ... It is posted under BOE NEWS -- the last place I searched. Initially I looked under the financial/business links and thought surely it would be found here This link looked promising but I could not locate the budget here - only the

PS ...although I was able to send emails without a problem, posting to the blog was another story. After I clicked on the submit button ... it was taking forever trying to connect with the school web site (the site may be busy today!). I refreshed the screen and again pressed the "submit" button. In all my years using the computer, this was the first time I received an error message stating that my submission appeared to be a "hacking attempt". Really?!?
