I still do not understand: WHY was he given a raise when he ONLY had a "satisfactory" rating? Satisfactory is defined as "adequate"; nothing above what is expected!

Why?, why?, why? was he rewarded with more money?? Makes no sense to me.

Not sure where I heard/read about the "satisfactory" rating ... please correct me, if I am mistaken. Thanks.

Good old Jared got the raise for the same reason the idiot CEO's on Wall St got their bonuses.

No gonads on the part of the Boards to just say no.
